The Penny Hoarder, Chris worked as a transportation planning consultant, a staff photojournalist at the Tampa Bay Times (formerly the St. Petersburg Times) and newspapers across the country. He received his journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and his work has been recognized by regional and national awards, including a regional Emmy. Chris loves to fly drones. He's part 107 certified and has logged more than 300 flights. He lives in St. Petersburg with his wife, their two sons, and the family dog.
